Each year, the Portales Woman’s Club awards a $500 scholarship to a graduating female senior student from any Roosevelt County, New Mexico High School (public or private), or home-schooled student who will be attending Eastern New Mexico University. Applications are typically accepted through mid-April. Deadline for 2025 is April 11, 2025. Application links are available below in two formats:
In order to qualify for scholarship application, students must meet the following criteria: Leadership and service at school and in the community; 3.0 or higher high school grade point average; Financial need may also be considered.
